Phillip Romero has been a resident of Westminster for 6 years and was born and raised in Colorado. Phillip has the experience, knowledge and courage to best serve the City of Westminster.

  •  Investing in developments that build community, not just buildings
  •  Prioritizing growth that benefits residents, not just developers
  • Empowering community safety by equipping our police and fostering a strong partnership between officers and residents
  • Ongoing focus on lowering water costs through smarter solutions
  • Committed to thoroughly reviewing all development projects to ensure they are cost-effective, professionally vetted, and transparent with taxpayer dollars
  • Building a stronger Westminster by celebrating diversity, embracing uniqueness, and helping our community flourish
  • Advocating for honest government and delivering complete transparency for all Westminster residents

I will always prioritize funding for police, fire, and first responders so they have the tools they need to protect our families. Public safety isn’t negotiable; it’s the foundation of a strong, united community.

Westminster families deserve relief, not higher costs. Let’s focus on smart budgeting, efficiency, and innovation, so we meet the city’s needs without placing added burdens on everyday essentials.

I will also protect Westminster’s open spaces, parks, and the suburban character of our neighborhoods. Growth should strengthen our city, not overwhelm it. By investing wisely, we can create a Westminster where families of all backgrounds thrive without sacrificing affordability or opportunity.

I’m running as an independent voice—focused on solutions for Westminster, not partisan agendas.

Building a Stronger Community Together

As I’ve walked this journey, one truth has become clear: Westminster is not about politics it’s about people. Too often, we let partisanship blind us, but City Council is not meant to be a battleground for political games. This city belongs to all of us, and the only party I represent is the party of Westminster.

I am not here to sling mud, spread propaganda, or turn this race into ugliness. I am here to listen to go door to door, to stand in your neighborhoods, to meet you where you are. Whether it’s at a Monday night City Council meeting, in the aisles of Walmart, or in the checkout line at the dollar store, I will be there to hear your concerns and work with you to find real solutions.

If elected, I will partner with city management to get things done, but I will never forget that I serve first and foremost as an elected official for the people. My mission is simple: to do what is best for Westminster. Not for one group, not for one ideology, but for every family, every culture, every background, every dream, and every vision that makes up the beautiful tapestry of our city.

We face real challenges, and our focus must be on building a thriving, safe, and welcoming Westminster for generations to come. That is why I am running in 2025.

On November 4th, I ask for your support. Until then, you’ll see me out there—knocking on doors, listening to voices, and sharing in the hopes of this community I love. Together, we can create a Westminster worthy of all of us.

God bless you, and God bless Westminster.
